We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our client, a non-profit organisation based in Dublin 7, on a full-time permanent basis. You will provide financial support and insight across various business areas, playing a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis and supporting decision-making. This position offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review monthly financial performance of business units, conducting cost analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
- Update and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring accessibility for budget holders via SharePoint.
- Assist with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with directors and management.
- Participate in project groups, offering financial advice and insights on new initiatives.
- Provide financial support for key departments, including Fundraising and HR, through analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
