Role: Junior Personal Assistant - German Speaking*

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to cultivate effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, combined with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level business support to Board and Senior Directors, anticipating needs and aligning with business priorities.
Manage and optimize Directors' diaries, travel and accommodation arrangements.
Prepare accurate reports, presentations and documents, supporting strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
Plan and coordinate meetings, events and follow-up actions.
Act as a key point of contact internally and externally, handling queries with discretion.
Process confidential information with professionalism and carry out general administrative and financial tasks.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.
Requirments:
Strong administrative skills with experience in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
Outstanding time management, attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities.
Professional, confident and discreet, with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Third-level qualification preferred; full driving licence an advantage.
