Equipment Engineer - Inspection & Fill/Finish (Global Project)

Location: Dublin, Ireland (with International Travel)

The Opportunity

You won't just be "maintaining" equipment; you will be the technical lead for three brand-new syringe inspection lines. From initial URS and documentation to global FATs and final site integration, you will own the lifecycle of high-speed, automated inspection technology.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Drive the setup, testing, and operational readiness of new lines, managing everything from URS/documentation to validation.
• Global Execution: Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on-site with world-class vendors across Germany, Canada, and the USA.
• Technical Authority: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Brevetti and Körber systems, ensuring precision inspection for fill-levels, glass integrity, and container closure.
• Production Continuity: Balance new project delivery with the optimization and sustaining of existing inspection and tray-loading equipment.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in Biopharma Engineering, specifically within Formulation/Fill/Finish.
• The Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with automated syringe inspection (Brevetti, Körber, or similar). Vision System expertise is a significant advantage.
• Project Rigor: A proven track record in the "start-to-finish" project lifecycle, including spare parts management, maintenance strategy, and vendor management.
• Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel internationally to vendor sites for equipment sign-offs.
