A leading Professional Services organisation is seeking to appoint a strategic and results-driven Group Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR team. As a Senior HRBP, you will play a critical role in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives across multiple regions and service lines within the group.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders on strategic HR matters, helping to shape business strategies through the lens of human capital.
- Lead and drive the global people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and organisational culture.
- Proactively identify HR trends and challenges, and develop solutions that influence business outcomes.
- Partner with regional HR teams to ensure consistent execution of HR strategies and programs across geographies.
Talent Management & Development
- Collaborate with leadership to assess talent needs, design workforce planning initiatives, and support succession planning.
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and career development.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging within the organisation.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Provide guidance and expertise on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies across regions.
- Ensure the company's compliance with local employment legislation, regulations, and global HR policies.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution processes, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
Change Management
- Lead organisational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and cultural transformations.
- Provide HR expertise in managing organisational design, ensuring the company's ability to scale globally.
- Partner with leadership to communicate and manage change effectively, minimising disruption while driving business outcomes.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Leverage HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and offer strategic insights to leadership.
- Collaborate and support HR offshore teams to ensure delivery of high-quality HR administration and process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to assess performance, engagement, and organisational health across regions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Third level qualification in Human Resources, or a related field. CIPD qualified
- Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record in global HR leadership, managing complex, multi-regional environments.
- Strong experience in talent management, organisational design, and employee relations in a global setting.
- Experience in navigating diverse employment laws and labour regulations across different regions.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business goals.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building relationships with senior leadership and across global teams.
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and the ability to use metrics to inform decision-making.
- Expertise in organisational change and culture transformation.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
