Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients
- Ensure management information (MI) is up to date and reported to clients as needed
- Ensure client-specific service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Take instructions from clients
- Review files to determine next steps
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding case progression
- Handle incoming correspondence from clients, agents, and solicitors
- Contribute to the department's monthly targets
- Manage a high-volume and fast-paced workload
- Brief counsel and appear before the District, Circuit, High Court, and Dublin County Registrar for applications
- Draft legal proceedings and motions
- Liaise with clients regarding court outcomes and next steps
- Communicate with court services
