Position: Associate Solicitor - Commercial Property
Location: Cork or Kerry office with hybrid working available
An expanding commercial law firm is seeking a self-motivated and ambitious associate lawyer to join its high-performing Commercial Property team. The role is ideally suited to a candidate with between 1 - 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of quality commercial property matters. You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining valuable experience and developing your legal expertise to deliver top-tier services to a diverse client base.
As a key member of the Commercial Property team, you will provide legal advice to developers, investors, large domestic corporations, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals. The work includes acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential real estate interests, development schemes, secured finance, and commercial leasing.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with Corporate and Tax teams, working on interdisciplinary projects that support major corporate and property transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial property;
- Excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
