An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing software business in a newly created, high-impact FP&A Manager position.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping financial strategy and driving performance across the organisation. You'll provide meaningful financial insight, lead planning processes, and influence key decision-making at the highest level.
This is a highly visible position with real ownership, offering the chance to operate independently while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Lead the Group budgeting and forecasting processes, including full consolidation across business units
Own the annual strategic planning cycle, working closely with leadership to align financial plans with business strategy
Deliver insightful monthly variance analysis with clear, actionable commentary
Produce and present high-quality financial reports and Board packs
Monitor key KPIs, trends, and overall financial performance of the Group
Build robust financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
Act as a trusted business partner across functions, evaluating financial implications of key decisions
Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with strong FP&A experience
Advanced financial modelling skills
Able to translate complex financial data into clear, commercial insight
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions
Experience within a tech or software environment is advantageous
Proven track record of improving FP&A processes and tools
