Our client, a leading international retailer are looking for a FP&A Manager to join their dynamic team, initially on a 12 month contract.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Management Team to foster a high-performance culture and deliver outstanding financial results.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the business in translating the strategic business plans into a Long-Term Financial Plan.
- Budget management - collate a robust end to end budget
- Tracking Capital spend to ensure projects are being delivered in line with budget and business plan commitments.
- Utilising month end reporting to analyse actual results against vs budget, forecast & prior year
- Production and communication of in year performance using presentational tools to support storytelling to key stakeholder groups,
- Owning the periodic rolling forecast process
- Developing and circulating KPI reports to financial and non-financial business partners to ensure insight led decision making and drive improved performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Extensive experience in a similar FP&A role with strong budgeting & forecasting experience
- Ability to influence Senior Management Team
- Ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Proven people skills and a strong communicator.
