Fleet Support Specialist | Dublin | Hybrid
Our client is a leading provider of innovative car finance solutions in Ireland, offering a wide variety of finance, leasing, and servicing options to support the sales of their automotive brand partners. With a network of over 120 dealers and more than 70,000 customers, they have quickly established ourselves as the largest car finance provider in Ireland.
Our client is seeking a Fleet Support Specialist to provide ongoing support to our Fleet Sales team and the wider business, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team. The role includes creating quotations, monitoring the fleet sales support inbox, and responding to internal and external requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the pipeline, renewals, and end of term processes by updating the most recent delivery information through communication with Fleet Key Account Managers, Dealers, and Remarketing.
- Handle all incoming leads by validating, sorting, and distributing them to the Key Account Managers (KAMs), following up, gathering feedback, and processing reporting based on the results.
- Support the RAC process by running quotations, product setup, and reporting.
- Provide, develop, and automate accurate and up-to-date Direct Fleet reporting.
- Take ownership of the Direct Fleet team's Risk Register and user access management.
- Track all pricing changes by customer and keep the stock list updated by brand.
- Manage Direct Fleet volume planning during yearly planning rounds and multiple forecasts.
- Provide four-eye support for remarketing pricing and analysis.
- Manage large fleet account work by scheduling, preparing, and distributing monthly statements, processing specialist invoices, and handling other ad hoc requests.
- Support the Fleet Sales team during tender processes by validating pricing and running quotations based on requested terms.
- Assist with system testing (Regression, UAT, and CR requests) by creating scripts, executing tests, updating the system with feedback, and processing defects.
- Provide ad hoc support as required by the Direct Fleet team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience within the automotive fleet business.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of motivation, flexibility, drive, and personal commitment.
- Well-organized and capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
