Financial Accountant - Fully Remote - Pharma (HQ in Dublin)

I am exciting to be partnering with a leading Pharmaceutical headquartered in Dublin, currently hiring for a Financial Accountant. This is a fully remote role.

This is a super opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to step into a varied role with international scope. This role is a contract position with a strong opportunity for permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial accounting process, including:
  • Manage intercompany confirmation process, monthly balance reconciliations and investigate variances
  • Accounting for monthly intercompany accruals
  • Quarterly Pension & Lease Accounting
  • Completion of monthly/quarterly GL reconciliations

• Consolidation Support including posting of consolidation journals

• Banking & Treasury accounting & reconciliations.

• Support Half-year and Year-end Audits

• Sox support & Other project work as required

Qualifications/Education required:

• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an accounting environment
• SAP, S4 Hana and BPC experience is preferable but not essential
• Excellent Excel skills, proficient in Word & PowerPoint
