Financial Accountant - FMCG

Great opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to join a fast-growing FMCG brand based in Dublin City Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for an audit trained accountant to make their first move into industry in a growing and dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and analyse performance vs budget
• Oversee transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with local Tax requirements
• Maintain strong internal controls
• Liaise with external auditors
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
• Experience auditing FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing clients would be a distinct advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across a business
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
