Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a large MNC in a leadership position.
As the successful candidate you will provide financial leadership and strategic business partnering across the business. In this role, you will lead the financial planning cycle, track operational performance, drive margin improvement initiatives, and serve as a key commercial advisor to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing financial guidance and strategic insights to support decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
- Develop KPIs, conduct variance and profitability analysis, and identify practical opportunities for cost savings and margin efficiency.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Build financial models to assess the viability of new business cases
- Manage & mentor finance team members
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified accountant with 7+ years of progressive commercial finance and FP&A experience
- Track record of supporting operational leaders across a large MNC
- Advanced Excel modelling, strong financial analysis skills, and experience with FP&A and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, influence senior stakeholders, and develop junior team members.
- Exceptional ability to clearly present complex financial results and strategic recommendations to executive and operational audiences.
