Finance Manager

Our client, a leading global professional services firm in the legal sector, are recruiting for a commercially focused Finance Manager.

This is a high-impact role, combining business partnering, financial control, and team leadership within a fast-paced, professional environment.

With offices in Dublin 2, they are operating with a hybrid working model and would be offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance, including billing, profitability, and cash collection
• Oversee financial hygiene metrics (WIP, debt, lock-up) and ensure protocol adherence
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting processes
• Support business case development, including lateral hires
• Ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting, maintaining strong financial controls
• Manage audit, tax compliance (VAT, partnership tax), and regulatory requirements
• Improve financial processes and support firm-wide initiatives
• Oversee cash flow and banking relationships
• Lead and develop the local finance team

Requirements:

• Experience in professional services (legal sector desirable)
• Strong systems knowledge (SAP, Concur, Power BI preferred)
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• Team management experience
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
