A rapidly growing energy provider is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the organisation.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the board. The successful candidate will partner with executives to deliver commercial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business performance and provide actionable recommendations

• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions

• Deliver high-quality financial presentations to executive level

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years PQE

• 3+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability

• Confident communicator with executive-level presentation experience

• Energy sector experience advantageous
