Our client, a global leader in professional services are looking for a skilled Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team, supporting the Consulting Service Line in managing Client Account Financials.
This will be a 12 month contract with view for extension.
In this role, you will be the vital link between the business and operations finance, ensuring seamless management of engagement lifecycles from client onboarding to billing and collections.
With offices in Dublin City Centre, they are operating with a hybrid working model (2days onsite) and offering a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee key accounts, maintaining accurate financial data and driving budgeting and resourcing efforts.
- Analyze OPEX performance, provide in-depth financial analytics, and project manage resource deployment.
- Provide in-depth analysis on engagement economics and other financial analytics (e.g., budget vs. actuals, billings, leverage, and fees)
- Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiencies and improve performance reporting.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information flow.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in a similar role such as, Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, Management Accountant or Finance Project Management.
- Strong people management and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
