Reporting to the Director of Employment Legal, this role focuses on providing expert legal advice primarily within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR to address a wide range of employment issues, draft and revise employment documents, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to HR, focusing on EMEA employment matters.
- Advise on employment topics like remote work, employee relations, and regulatory changes.
- Draft and update employment agreements and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal advice with business goals.
- Monitor changes in employment laws and implement necessary updates.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of legal experience, with expertise in EMEA employment law.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and provide pragmatic legal advice.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with international business operations and SaaS is preferred.
