We're Hiring: Data Scientist | Dublin (Hybrid)

We're working with a leading organisation in the healthcare and insurance space that's expanding its Data Science team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond traditional analytics and contribute to real-world AI systems - including fraud detection, customer modelling, and autonomous agentic AI frameworks that reason, plan, and act.
What You'll Be Doing

Design and deploy ML models for fraud detection, customer segmentation, and behavioural prediction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that align with business goals

Build robust, end-to-end pipelines - from raw data to production deployment

Contribute to the development of agentic AI systems solving complex business challenges autonomously

Translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations
Tech Stack & Skills
-
Python (preferred), R, SQL
-
ML frameworks: scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or similar
-
Hands-on experience with model deployment (MLOps a bonus)

Strong grasp of data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation
-
Interest or experience in agent-based systems or AI reasoning frameworks

Familiarity with lean six-sigma or operational optimisation is a plus
What We're Looking For

3+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning roles

Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Passion for AI and applying data to solve real-world challenges
