Customer Service Representative Role
Location: Dublin 2 (onsite)
Start date: Immediately (permanent role)
Responsibilities
- Listening and responding to customers' needs and concerns
- Take orders, processing and dispatching the order
- Determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
- Inventories/ Stock Management & updating system files
- Working directly with the Sales team providing support when required
- Review or make changes to customer accounts including checking which will require working closely with our RP and Quality Manager
- Handle returns or complaints
- Assist with in-house training and event planning
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer facing role in a pharmaceutical or medical background
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as working with in a team
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Particularly Excel) and strong typing skills
- Data Entry and order processing skills
- Effective communicator written and verbal
