Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Corporate Lending Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of loan operations, ranging from standard procedures to more complex transactions. Your keen attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and commitment to delivering high-quality service will be essential as you work to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of lending activities. Responsibilities:
- Execute standard and complex loan operations including drawdowns, rollovers, settlements, and funding.
- Investigate aged allocated nostro and match funded items, and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Regularly report on outstanding items and issues noted.
- Foster a culture of control within Operations.
- Adhere to SLA process timelines to meet daily and hourly deadlines.
- Verify the reliability of supporting documents before processing transactions.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, work instructions, and policies.
- Perform various administrative duties as required.
- Authorize transactions for less complex loan and fee types after checking underlying transaction evidence.
- Effectively escalate bottlenecks, knowledge gaps, or barriers.

Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in Corporate Banking loans administration is required.
- Proficiency in both the local language and English.
- Competent in MS Excel.
