Our client provides innovative and market leading car finance solutions offering a wide variety of finance, leasing and servicing options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service through call center handling for dealers within the automotive network and finance customers.
- Identify customer needs, handle queries, and deliver timely resolutions in line with policies and procedures.
- Maintain the customer portfolio through a variety of administrative duties.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Finance-related discipline preferred.
- Approved Product Adviser (Consumer Credit) / QFA qualification desirable.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to exceed customer and dealer expectations.
- Able to work across multiple customer service channels to meet various needs.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
- Strong numerical competence and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
