My client is a large, well-established wealth management firm based in South Dublin. They are currently seeking a Client Service Executive to join their team and support the continued growth of the business. This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end administration of client portfolios

Annual portfolio reviews and valuations

Processing new business across pensions (pre & post retirement), investments, and protection products

Liaising with insurance providers to ensure timely application processing

Communicating effectively with clients regarding portfolios and applications

Supporting advisers with regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML
Education & Experience
-
BA (Hons) in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
-
2-3 years' experience in a similar role within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker

QFA qualified or actively working towards qualification

Working knowledge of AML and compliance requirements

Ability to manage and prioritise workload independently
