Our client, a leading global pharma company, is looking for a Change Manager to join their team on a contract role.
This role leads change management initiatives for Knowledge Management (KM) solutions, focusing on stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful adoption during business transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior colleagues and customers. Align and influence stakeholders, preempt conflicts, and drive collaboration.
- Change Management: Lead change and communication strategies to drive KM adoption. Develop Communities of Practice and measure success through KPIs. Create and deliver training, communication materials, and workshops. Stay updated on industry best practices.
- Project Ownership: Manage projects, ensure quality and timeliness, track progress, and address risks. Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- KM Strategy: Lead knowledge mapping, content management, and taxonomy development. Use data-driven insights to improve KM solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related field. Master's and Change Management certification are a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in change management, with a focus on KM or business consulting. Experience in multicultural environments and the ability to simplify complex ideas is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, strategic problem-solving, and continuous learning abilities. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
