The Role
You'll work closely with the existing finance team, supporting a wide range of accounting activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to a busy, collaborative department.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Banking

Manage the AP cycle, including approx. 200 invoices per month

Process supplier payments and maintain supplier relationships

Record bank transactions and complete reconciliations

Reconcile corporate credit cards

Handle employee expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
Month-End & Compliance

Maintain the general ledger

Prepare and post prepayments and accruals

Assist with month-end close and management accounts

Complete VAT/GST/Sales Tax filings across multiple regions
Audit & Controls

Prepare year-end audit files
-
Support external audit queries
-
Contribute to strengthening internal controls and improving processes
Additional Responsibilities

Assist with treasury tasks and foreign bank accounts

Support ad-hoc finance projects

Help drive continuous improvement within the finance function
Who We're Looking For
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational setting and can manage a varied workload with accuracy and confidence.
Essential Requirements

An accounting graduate/ ATI starting their qualification / or Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA

2+ years experience in a commercial finance environment

Strong AP and banking experience is crucial

Excellent Excel skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and/or entities

Strong communication and analytical skills

Able to work independently and respond quickly to unexpected tasks

Resourceful, reliable, and committed to delivering error-free work
