Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of administrative support to the senior leadership team
- Coordinating travel and visas as required
- Planning for corporate meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for trade events
- Managing purchase orders and requisitions
- Tracking budgets in a compliant manner
- Supporting the manager with Fleet management duties
- First point of contact with lease providers and insurance providers
- Preparing and maintaining reports with exceptional attention to detail
- Data analysis and identification of areas of concern
- Adhoc project as required
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar position
- Full long term working authorisation in Ireland
- Available for an immediate start
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Experience using SAP and MS Office is essential
- Strong planning and organisational skills
