Role: Administration Assistant
Duration: Immediate Start | Temporary position with potential for permanency
Salary: €28000
Location: Dublin South
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and send funding requests by populating templates and emailing them to clients.
- Maintain and update payment-related databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
- Process weekly and monthly invoices
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills are essential, particularly with technical functions.
- Available for an immediate start.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative processes with accuracy.
- Confident in using MS Office and other relevant software.
