Accounts Receivable Administrator - Large Wholesale Organisation
4‑Month Contract | Hybrid (2 Days Remote / 3 Days Onsite, Blanchardstown)
A leading wholesale business is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support its busy Credit Control Team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, administration, and ledger management - and who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
You'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the AR function, supporting ongoing projects, and helping maintain accurate, timely financial information for the wider business.
What You'll Be Doing

Processing and setting up credit applications once approved

Managing the accounts receivable inbox, ensuring queries are resolved promptly

Handling customer phone queries with professionalism and clarity

Opening and maintaining staff accounts

Keeping all AR documentation organised, filed, and compliant

Updating and pursuing returned payments daily

Maintaining strong debtor ledger housekeeping

Allocating customer payments accurately to debtor accounts

Providing PODs, copy invoices, and resolving customer queries

Following debtor policy procedures for overdue balances

Ensuring accounts with unpaid cheques or failed direct debits are placed on credit stop

Offering ongoing support to the wider Credit Control department
