Job Overview
Our client is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with at least 2+ years of experience to join their Digital Product division based in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you will focus on crafting seamless, user-centered digital interfaces and experiences across the company's core consumer-facing applications, web portals, and customer reward platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for web and mobile platforms across a high-volume consumer portfolio.
- Translate business goals and user feedback into wireframes, detailed user flows, interactive prototypes, and polished, accessible visual designs.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to advocate for human-centered design principles throughout the product development cycle.
- Conduct user research, synthesize behavioral data, and execute usability testing to continuously improve platform features.
- Maintain, expand, and contribute to the company's multi-brand design system architecture.
Requirements
- Proven background as a UX/UI Designer managing end-to-end product design cycles for large-scale, consumer-facing digital environments.
- Robust portfolio displaying user journeys, wireframing techniques, prototyping, and modern visual design execution.
- Expertise in web and mobile UI standards, design system implementation, and accessibility guidelines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
