This role is part of the Digital Ecosystems Practice, focusing on short- and medium-term engagements.
As a Technical Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of architecting scalable, resilient, and secure Azure Cloud solutions. Your focus will be on integrating DevOps practices to streamline and automate the delivery process, ensuring high-quality outcomes. This role demands extensive experience in Azure Cloud architecture, combined with a strong background in DevOps tooling and practices.
1. Azure Cloud Architecture & Design:
- End-to-End Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive Azure Cloud solutions that meet clients' strategic business needs. Your designs will emphasize scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness, leveraging the full range of Azure services.
- Cloud Modernization: Lead the transformation of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, using Azure PaaS and IaaS offerings. You'll ensure that modernization efforts align with best practices in cloud architecture.
- Microservices and Serverless: Design and implement microservices-based architectures and serverless solutions using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and related technologies.
2. DevOps Integration & Tooling:
- DevOps Pipeline Design: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration between development, testing, and deployment stages, with an emphasis on automation and repeatability.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement IaC practices using tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Bicep. You'll ensure that infrastructure is version-controlled, auditable, and consistent across environments.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, utilizing tools for continuous monitoring, compliance checking, and automated security testing.
