Role Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join a high-growth Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) practice. This is not a traditional accounting role; it is a strategic leadership position designed for individuals who thrive on transformation, innovation, and global scale.

As multinational organisations face unprecedented complexity, you will be responsible for designing and delivering sophisticated operating models that meet these challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation: Drive end-to-end programmes that transition finance operations for global clients, ensuring seamless delivery and measurable impact.
• Shape Operating Models: Design innovative frameworks that optimise efficiency, scalability, and compliance for organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions.
• Global Governance: Oversee complex programme governance and manage risk to ensure successful execution across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

• P&L Accountability: Take full ownership of the commercials, pricing, and profitability of large-scale outsourcing engagements.
• Business Development: Lead sales cycles, develop high-impact proposals, and build trusted relationships with CFOs and senior finance leaders in listed and multinational companies.
• Strategic Influence: Work closely with Partners and C-suite executives to align outsourcing solutions with broader business objectives.

• High-Performance Culture: Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
• Client Centricity: Act as a dedicated advisor, building long-term partnerships through outstanding service delivery.
• Technical Integrity: Ensure all global delivery meets rigorous standards, maintaining deep knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP frameworks.

Core Competencies & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale finance transformation or outsourcing programmes within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Technical Foundation: Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Global Perspective: Demonstrated experience managing multinational clients and navigating international regulatory requirements.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of contract management, profitability tracking, and strategic pricing.
• Leadership Style: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Desirable Attributes

• A background in Audit or Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS).
• Direct experience in Management Consulting or dedicated Transformation roles.
