Requirements
- Manage the business pipeline from initiation to completion, handling tasks related to pensions, investments, and protection policies.
- Interact daily with major Life Insurance Companies in Ireland, ensuring smooth communication between Account Managers and Financial Advisors.
- Oversee the processing of new business applications in pension, investments, and life assurance, liaising directly with Life Assurance companies to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email, providing updates on the status of their applications.
- Take charge of all aspects concerning the corporate client book, including delivering quarterly updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as Anti Money Laundering requirements and Consumer Protection Code requirements.
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors as needed
Skills required
- QFA qualified (or almost complete)
- Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering requirements and compliance procedures
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize queries effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational proficiency
- Flexibility in handling day-to-day responsibilities
