Senior Clerical Officer

Calling all Senior Clerical Officers in Cork! I am working with a highly regarded medical facility to recruit an experienced clerical officer to join their busy team.

Salary: DOE

Permanent role

Hours: Shifts range between 8am - 5pm - Monday to Firday - 35 hours per week

Location: East side of Cork City

We are searching for someone with:

• High level administrative skills - preferably with hospital experience
• Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with all departments
• Available long term and work fully onsite

Duties of the role:

• Provide secretarial and admin support to the hospital at large
• To work in various hospital departments in an administrative capacity
• Manage busy email inboxes and phones
• Use of internal systems and dealing daily with patient management systems
• Report generating and statistical work
• Provide excellent customer service to key internal and external stakeholders
