I am delighted to be working with a client I have collaborated for over 8 years . They are a leading Distribution Company and are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This is a permanent position and the ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP.
Location: East Cork
Salary: €30,000 + Dependent on experience
Duties
- Dealing with a high level of customer queries over the phone
- Processing a high level of orders
- Pricing orders effectively
- Ability to negotiate orders efficiently
- Upload daily sales transactions
- Meeting & greeting clients and customers
- Work as a multi-tasker alongside the sales team
- Monitor customer credit limits and generate credits as required
- Answer phones and maintain correspondence effectively with customers
- Work with a number of different bodies within the organisation
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills required
- Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
- This role requires candidates to be flexible during the busy periods
- A "can do" work ethic is required
- Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking
- This person will be extremely personable and flexible
- Ability to liaise with customers and clients across all disciplines
