Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner to help shape and improve digital experiences across websites, apps, and platforms. You'll turn ideas into actionable plans, prioritize development work, and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product Manager to translate strategy into product improvements.
• Prioritize tasks, refine user stories, and ensure development teams have clear direction.
• Gather insights from teams like marketing and sales to align product development with business goals.
• Provide clear requirements, remove roadblocks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Use analytics and user insights to improve digital products.
• Ensure updates enhance usability and customer satisfaction.
• Help plan, document, and communicate rollouts effectively.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and adjusting priorities as needed.

What You Need

• 1-3 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Familiarity with digital products (websites, mobile apps, or platforms).
• Some experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.
• A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach.
