Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of digital loyalty and eCommerce products across multiple consumer brands.
This role combines product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will translate business goals into customer-focused digital experiences while aligning stakeholders across teams.
Responsibilities
- Use customer and market insights to identify problems, set priorities, and measure outcomes.
- Leverage data to guide product decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to inform product strategy.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise initiatives and shape roadmaps.
- Clearly define product problems and opportunities for delivery teams.
- Deliver end-to-end digital experiences in collaboration with functions such as UX, marketing, and customer support.
- Maintain a consistent product delivery cadence.
- Manage both new initiatives and existing products simultaneously.
- Define product strategy and communicate roadmap priorities.
- Align stakeholders across teams and functions.
- Make timely decisions in complex or ambiguous environments.
- Develop business cases based on customer, technical, and commercial considerations.
- Communicate product vision and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with digital loyalty, marketing technology, eCommerce, or personalisation products.
- Experience working with Agile and traditional delivery methods.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach to building digital products.
- Ability to deliver projects at pace while balancing business and user needs.
