Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with an Irish, owned Cork based business. This industry leader is looking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to support the Accountant and Regional Manager.
This part time position offers hybrid working and flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Supplier and Customer invoice processing
- Statement and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns
- Generate weekly KPI reports
- Support month-end reporting
- Prepare accounts to Trial Balance
- Liaise with external accountants
- Ad-hoc administrative and finance duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient Sage is essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
