Are you a driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and a strong background in leading a team and order management? My client is hiring an Order Management Team Supervisor to join a team in the electronics industry.
This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive customer experience via the team, and partner closely other areas of the business across Europe.
What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations for the Order Management team, supporting a high-performance culture.

Deliver exceptional service to the European Sales team and handle escalations effectively.

Monitor and manage order pipelines using Salesforce and/or SAP.

Own KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, backlog health, and customer feedback.

Partner on continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.

Facilitate regular team meetings, training, and 1:1s for team development.

Collaborate closely on projects specifically with the logistics team
What My Client Is Looking For:

5+ years in customer service or order management, with team leadership experience.

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is essential.

Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.

Detail-oriented and proactive with a customer-first mindset.

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

Previous experience in the logistics space desirable but not essential
