How does it work?

If successful, you would be part of a newly created team, where the support and training is second to none. You would receive extensive coaching and tuition to ensure your success in supporting customers with their insurance related queries.

What will your day look like?
- Supporting customers over the phone with insurance and policy related queries - meaning no day is ever the same.
- Manage a busy inbox to ensure 5* service is being given to customers across the board
- Using your attention to detail to update insurance policies, submitting claims,
- Ongoing learning about the companies insurance products and how to best align these products to different customers needs
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules - updating as needed
- Working as part of a team with ongoing focus on the best outcome for the customer
- Working collaboratively with the sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
What do you need?
- Have a can do attitude - ready to learn about the insurance sector
- 1-2 years' work experience in a customer facing or customer support role
- A passion for customer service and problem solving
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous experience working with computers, internal databases is advantageous
