The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services and are looking for a talented Management Accountant to join on a part-time basis. Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Management Accountant, you will support the financial processes, focusing on cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting to help drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and provide financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Interpret data from monthly reports to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Make recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to the board.
- Be an active team member, contributing to business-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Experience in manufacturing is desirable.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and be a proactive team player.
