Key Details:
Part time 3 days per week
Starting Immediatley
Hours 07:30 am to 16:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating deliveries, dispatch, and transport schedules
- Processing orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and customers
- Tracking shipments and updating internal systems
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support to the logistics team
What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics, transport, or supply chain
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems/databases
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
