A well-established law firm based on South Mall, Cork is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy and dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity for a committed professional with strong litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the litigation department of this firm

Typing legal correspondence, documents, and reports via dictaphone transcription

Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling incoming calls and correspondence

File management (electronic and physical), including drafting, filing, and archiving documents

Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties as required
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Executive

Previous litigation experience is highly desirable

Proficiency in dictaphone/audio typing is essential

Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills

Ability to handle a busy workload in a professional, confidential, and efficient manner
