Job Overview
We are seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide advanced on-site IT support to end-users across office and manufacturing environments. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role (5 days per week) with some daytime shift hours. The role also involves supporting multi-site IT projects and network infrastructure rollouts for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside/on-site IT support across desktop, mobile, and lab environments
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPN, wireless, printing, and mobile devices
- Support meeting room equipment and secure print services
- Assist with network infrastructure rollout across multiple client sites
- Participate in multi-site IT deployment and rollout projects
- Collaborate with external vendors for hardware and lab instrument setups
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and documentation
- Manage and resolve user tickets, escalating when required
Requirements
- 2-4 years' deskside/IT support or on-site IT experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with device management tools such as SCCM or Intune
- Experience supporting office and manufacturing IT environments and multi-site rollouts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft) preferred
