Exciting new opportunity for a HR Generalist seeking a career change in West Cork. Based in Bantry, this role will be part of an expanding HR team, delivering the People agenda for this highly successful organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on the HR mailboxes dealing with employee queries, escalating as required.
- Ensure personnel files are maintained and up to date and comply with the GDPR regulations.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
- Maintaining the HR Systems and databases.
- Manage the induction process for all new staff including delivering the induction programme both remotely and in person.
- Carry out checks and audits on the HR system to ensure all required documents, information and files are up to compliance standards.
- Monitor and manage the Company's sick leave and absence management processes.
- Support the annual performance management process, including supporting line managers and employees through the process.
- Writing and posting job descriptions on job boards, company website, social media etc;
- Evaluating and screening CV's / Job applications.
- Conducting phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews.
Experience required:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- 2 to 3 years HR experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability managing high volume of admin, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks is essential.
