Front of House Administrator

I am delighted to be working with a highly regarding client in the Not for Profit sector on their requirement for a Front of House Administrator on an initial 9 week basis.

Location: Ballincollig area

Hours of work: 9am to 5pm

Start date: Ideally ASAP

In this role you will provide a warm and inviting welcome to visitors of the service, and your role will involve;

• Checking visitors in in accordance with centre policies
• Ownership of various functions within Salesforce including updating with visitor details, service program details, billing, attendance and non attendance etc
• Create and amend service timetables
• Create billing and provide invoices/receipts where necessary
• Facilities coordination including any necessary stock ordering
• Liaison with 3rd party service users
• General admin to support CEO, Head of Services and Executive Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong Microsoft Suite knowledge as well as previous CRM experience, ideally in Salesforce.
