The Role: Financial Stewardship & Transformation
Reporting to both local and international finance leadership, the Finance Manager will act as a pivotal link between technical reporting excellence and cross-functional business partnering.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Reporting Integrity: Own the accurate and timely delivery of month-end, quarterly, and annual reporting for a complex portfolio of legal entities.

Strategic Variance Analysis: Move beyond the numbers to interrogate material trends, providing the Senior Management Team (SMT) with the "why" behind business performance.

Audit & Statutory Leadership: Act as the primary lead for the external audit and the preparation of high-spec statutory accounts.

Process Evolution & Automation: Drive high-impact standardization across controls and reporting. We are looking for a leader who wants to move the needle from manual Excel-heavy processes toward automated, system-driven solutions.

Stakeholder Influence: Partner with Tax, Treasury, and Global Finance leads to implement change and deliver integrated business solutions.

Leadership & Mentorship: Provide high-level coaching to an established team, acting as a "Career Ally" for their professional development.
The Ideal Profile

Professional Pedigree: Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5-10 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE).

Transformation Mindset: You are technically strong but also "forward-thinking." You have a passion for moving away from traditional manual inputs and toward automated, process-driven finance systems.
