We are seeking a meticulous and organised Administrative Assistant.
This West Cork role is a great opportunity for somebody that is detail orientated and interested in process improvements to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices.
- Statement reconciliation.
- Payment processing.
- Generating supplier invoices and account management.
- Creditor & Debtor account reconciliation.
- Prepare VAT reports and upload them to Revenue.
- Generate Form 46g report and upload it to Revenue.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Manage invoicing process for clients.
- Input grant application details.
- Update MS Access database ensure timely communication with clients.
- Enter grant claim details into the database, update the Grant calculator.
- Conduct indexing of document management files using the Adest system.
- Handle ESB claims for clients regarding loss of premiums.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a mixed finance role.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Familiarity with accounting software, SAGE50 experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of grant application processes and financial reconciliation is an advantage.
