Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Company Overview:
Our client is a leading supplier of oils and lubricants to the automotive and agricultural industries across Ireland. With a reputation for reliable service and quality products, they are now expanding their sales team and hiring two Field Sales Executives to cover separate territories.
About the Roles:
We are recruiting for two full-time Field Sales Executives - one to manage and grow accounts in Limerick & Tipperary, and another in Cork & Kerry. Both roles focus on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, seeking new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of their respective territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities in both the automotive and agricultural sectors.
- Be proactive in generating new leads and closing deals.
- Work closely with sales colleagues covering other regions to ensure consistent support.
- Provide excellent customer service and support around product needs and pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a field sales role, or in a customer-facing role within motor factors, agriculture, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong self-motivation.
- Ability to understand pricing and work strategically with customers.
- Full, clean driving licence is essential.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with oils, lubricants, or consumables in automotive/agriculture
- Territory management experience.
