Our client is seeking to hire Engineering/Client Management Support professional to join thier team, focusing on the pharmaceutical sector. If you have an engineering mindset and excellent communication skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to be the technical and commercial bridge between our clients and our specialized products.
What You'll Do:
Manage the entire client enquiry process-from the first phone call to the final delivery of parts on-site.
Handle inbound technical queries from major pharmaceutical clients.
Assist clients in selecting the best-fit equipment such as pumps, valves, and stainless steel pipework by leveraging your technical knowledge.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including costing, scheduling, pricing, and RFQ handling.
Who We're Looking For:
Engineering qualified: in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering being a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of the mechanics of equipment.
An exceptional communicator. Great at building rapport and providing clear, effective support.
Self starter, proactive and organised.
This is a permanent, office-based role where you'll be an essential part of a collaborative team.
