Job Title: Dispatch Clerk
Duration: 3 month temporary (with high chance of transition to permanency)
Salary: 16.40ph
Location: Classis, Co. Cork
Parking: YES
Hours: 7AM - 4:30PM (37.5 hour week)
What is my client looking for:
The right candidate must be very personable, computer savvy, ability to learn as some training on
systems and payroll included in the role, good pre existing experience with systems use, proficiency
in excel is advantageous, able to work accurately in a fast-paced atmosphere, evident administrative
and client/customer facing work experience required
Duties of the role:
* Process high volume of customer orders.
* Coordinate on time deliveries.
* Arrange transportation.
* Advise on suitable products to customers when needed (ad hoc).
* Liaise with sales staff and delivery drivers.
* Deliver top quality customer and client relationship management.
* Process customer payments.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Assist with invoices and PO's
* Daily use and maintenance of complex data storage system
* Input data onto payroll system for accounts (training here, no prior knowledge required)
