Title: Digital Content Creator
Contract Length: 12 months
Role: Morgan McKinley has partnered with a pharmaceuticals company in Cork looking to hire a Digital Content Creator. The purpose of the role is to produce high-quality, engaging, and user-centric content for web platforms that aligns with brand voice, strategic objectives, and customer journey needs.
Responsibilities:
Content Development
- Write, edit, and proofread web content including landing pages, articles, FAQs, and marketing copy.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand tone and style guidelines.
- Adapt content for multiple digital formats (web, email, social media).
User-Centric Approach
- Collaborate with UX designers to create content that enhances user experience.
- Incorporate insights from patient journeys and audience research to ensure relevance and empathy.
- Optimize content for readability and accessibility.
SEO Integration
- Partner with SEO Specialist to apply SEO best practices in content creation (keyword placement, meta descriptions, internal linking).
- Work closely with SEO specialists to align content with keyword strategies.
Content Management
- Upload and manage content within CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore).
- Maintain version control and ensure timely updates to keep content fresh and accurate.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with campaign leads to pull through film, patient testimonials into web content
- Participate in content meetings to align on priorities and deadlines.
Performance Monitoring
- Review analytics to understand content performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Adjust content based on engagement metrics and feedback loops.
KPIs & Success Metrics:
- Content Volume: Number of web pages or content blocks delivered per month.
- Quality Score: Internal review ratings and minimal revisions required.
- Engagement Metrics: CTR, bounce rate, and time-on-page for published content.
- SEO Impact: Improvement in keyword rankings and organic traffic for assigned pages.
- Timeliness: % of content delivered on schedule.
