Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Process orders and manage customer accounts

- Previous customer service experience (in-person, phone, or online)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
